Shipping and Contact instructions:

Our offices are located in the San Juan metropolitan area. All shipments to Puerto Rico are subject to excise tax, which are paid by the consignee (us). It is required by the government that all parcels coming into the Island include a copy of a detailed invoice of its contents affixed to the outside of the box. Copies of a single invoice for a multi box shipment is not acceptable as each box will be treated as a separate whole shipment and we will have to pay more taxes than we should (the total tax due times the number of boxes received). This means that each box needs to have an invoice of its contents and only its contents. If there is a shipping charge, it must be segregated from the merchandise total. Boxes shipped by US Postal Service can be shipped the same way you do to any customer in the mainland. All Post Office services are available to Puerto Rico (Parcel Post, First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail). Always include our Purchase Order number clearly marked in your Bill(s) of Lading and Invoice(s).
If you are shipping by US Postal Service, ship to:

If shipping by UPS, Fedex or Common Carrier, ship to:

Please remember to email us copy of the invoice(s) and  tracking numbers as soon as you ship anything. This helps us make sure we get it quickly and reduces the chances of product being misplaced or lost.

Always email us a copy of all invoices as soon as an order is shipped.

We use Purchase Orders in 100% of our purchases.
